6 Brazilians embraced e3 Brazil vision. They will be following up with new believers and continue to spread the Word of God utilizing e3 methodology and tools. Praise the Lord!!!!

This is the start of our e3 Brazil dream "Crossing Brazil with VISION of e3"

Thank you for your constant prayer and partnership with our ministry.

Now let´s go to the Brazil testimonies:

Gustavo Tarelo and Fernanda Souza his fiancé:
Evangelism leader at Tabernaculo de Deus; "I have been sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with many people by handing them flyers; however, I never asked then to accept Christ as their Savior on the spot, I always invited then to go to church. I was amazed to see people responding and praying to accept Jesus as their Savior" - "I learned a lot!!"

Rafael de Andrade and Karina dos Santos his fiancé:
Evangelism leader at Tabernaculo de Deus: "I cannot believe how easy and unthreatening it becomes to share the Gospel with anyone utilizing e3 methodology and tools. I praise the Lord for equipping this ministry and most important to give us opportunity to learn this process."

Agenor de Oliveira:
Hospitality Ministry leader: some time ago in my life I worked with catalogs. I am used to have all answers in order to convince someone to keep our catalogs and make some money by selling our products. Friday I asked you many questions because I need to have all the answers. HOWEVER today, I understand that ALL answers come from the Holy Spirit we just need to be obedient and GO, He will provide all we need. THANK YOU for sharing this process with us."

Auzelio Santini:
As much as I experience churches overseas the more I pray for churches in USA. Experiencing a service with more than 600 people worshiping and praising our God touched my heart deeply.I wish you were here!!!
Tabernaculo de Deus is a church where people meet all over the weekend to pray, worship, fellowship, and be baptized. They had church activities Friday night, Saturday 8:30 am service where people come fasting to pray and worship God, service Saturday night, Sunday morning Baptism (167 people), Sunday night service. Praise the Lord!!!! What else can I tell you???

Couple weeks ago I, once again, realize that there is NO better place to be then in God´s will. One of the challenges I had here in Brazil was the need of some paper work done by the Brazilian Government authorities. As I was patiently waiting for my turn in the line I notice that Solange, a Brazilian authority, had so much love and compassion as she addressed people that for one reason or not she could not help.

After waiting few hours she called me to hand my documents; it was then that the Holy Spirit took over.... I told her "I notice how tender and loving you are with people; you are a blessing in my life today." With tears in her eyes she replied: "I want to help everyone, I come here early in the morning and go home late in the evening to assist people, I have my own life there outside, but I want to help."

I told her "believe me people see your love and kindness, you truly are making a difference in peoples' lives." She replied "This is the best present you could give to me." I said "not me God." Now she has more tears on her face, I asked "Do you believe in God?" she answered "Yes." I continued "Do you believe in Jesus Christ?" With a smile on her face she said "Yes." I replied "May God's peace be with you." She looked at me with peace in her face and faded away in the piles of paper....

My beloved brothers and sisters there is NO better place to be then in God´s will.

Thank you for your partnership with our ministry. We appreciate and love you.

Be blessed.

Brazil Prayer Request

Dear prayer partner and supporter,

It is an honor having prayer partners like you. It is a privilege to me to share those prayer requests with you.

Please pray for my short term plans for the month of August:
My next assignment will be Brazil where I am coordinating campaigns with three Brazilians churches planning all the activities to host a total of 40 Americans. After the campaigns I will have three teaching opportunities training future host for campaigns. I will also conduct the first e3 campaign with Brazilians only utilizing people that participated on previous mission trips. This will be a real challenge, but it is a vital component on our vision for Brazil to ignite an indigenous church plant movement. I also will continue to be developing relationship with potential partners in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to implement and further our Brazil vision.

Please pray for upcoming plans:
We will continue to mobilize for e3 November medical and evangelism Burundi mission trip. Besides, we are planning to have a Celebration Weekend September 18th at FBCW both Campuses. We are going to share with the congregation what God has done through FBCW - Global Mission Ministry in the nations. We will have a Karusi Ground Break video along side with testimonies both from our compassion and evangelism mission trips.

We will continue to search for opportunities to mobilize pastors from VISION360 as well as other churches and ministries.

September 12th we are going to be at The Bridge Orlando Church presenting e3 Partners Ministry.

September 22nd we are going to conduct Global Mission Informational Meeting at FBCW

September 25th we are going to have our 7th Annual Global Missions Golf Tournament.

Finally I want to share that reading the book "VISIONEERING" by Andy Stanley gave me such an encouragement! I agree with him with a certainty that "Everybody ends up somewhere in life. But you (We) can end up somewhere on PURPOSE!"

See prayer calendar below so you can pray for specific plans if you want to, or just pray whatever God places in your heart.

Thank you for your prayers, support and encouragement.

Be blessed,

Auzelio Santini

First Baptist Church Windermere
Global Missions July 2010 Praises Report

It is a joy to be sending this message to you. My prayers and desire are that these few words will be an encouragement to you. I want to thank you for PRAYING -- GIVING -- GOING with us.

Burundi:
In the past two years we sent 71 short-term missionaries, who were used to plant 34 churches, and saw almost 10,000 people praying to accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their savior.
God's hands was clearly seen when Burundi government donated almost 60 acres to First Baptist Church of Windermere to start the project. We visited the area a couple weeks ago and had our ground breaking ceremony.

Brazil:
Our movement in pursuing e3 Brazil's vision "Crossing Brazil with Power of e3" has been significant. All glory must be given to God who allowed us to send in the last few years 59 short-term missionaries to Brazil, whom participated in planting 31 churches, and witnessed almost 5,000 praying to receive our Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Here are fruits from our most recent mission trips to Brazil and Burundi.

Brazil:
Number of people who accepted Jesus as they Savior: 416
Number of churches planted: 6
FBCW team members: 8

Testimonies from some of the short-term missionaries that went with us:
As we started work in Caçapava at our plant church become evident that this region was impregnated with Spiritualist. "The belief that dead people are able to communicate with people who are still alive, as through a medium." This is a clear way that the enemy establishes his strongholds. The first person that I spoke knew the Bible well, however his education was tinted with spiritualists believes. Among other things, he believed in reincarnation and that Jesus is not our Savior. We spoke for more than one hour, time enough for God to plant a seed in this person's mind.

Right after that Lucas and a team of teenagers came to us expressing frustration in seeing so many people blind to the Gospel. We prayed and asked God for a Divine Appointment. As we finished our prayer this lady, Luisa, opened the gate and we started to share our testimony and the Gospel. She joyfully accepted Christ as her Savior. God brought Salvation to Luisa and gave confidence to these teenagers.

Lucas also had an opportunity to witness to High School students in a couple schools in Caçapava. Since he speaks Portuguese, his peers were very attentive when he shared about his life here in Orlando. The Gospel presentation came naturally, he seized the opportunity and many students prayed to receive Christ as their Savior. Some new brothers and sisters in Christ come to the evening service and all of them received a Bible.

Gabriel was very focused and dedicated to his call to serve the Lord. Many times God used him to bring incredible insights to our conversation or something that just occurred. One of them was when Celia and her team finished a visit and started to walk back to church "it was almost lunch time." Well, not for Gabriel, he turned to the team and said "we have 10 more minutes before lunch time, let's go share the Gospel with the man over there." The man prayed as did two more family members who were hanging around the house.

In another instance, after visiting a man who said he believed in reincarnation and was saying that John the Baptist was Elisha reincarnated, Gabriel turned to the team and said: "How can that be since Elisha never died?"

Matthew 19:14
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

Burundi:
Number of people who accepted Jesus as they Savior: 700
Number of churches planted: 2
FBCW team members: 4

Testimonies from some of short-term missionaries that went with us:
Children, children and more children. When we were in Africa we saw many children. The first thing that comes to mind is Jesus called children close to him despite apostle's disapproval. The second thing that came to my mind was that we are ALL children of God.

Mark 10:13
People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them.

Calvin and I worked together in the same site. We saw Pastor Joseph, our host pastor, be healed. We visited bars and houses. We talked to people standing on the road side, we prayed for many people, we witnessed to all people we come in contact with. Together and united we preached. We trained new disciples among our brothers and sister in Christ.

One morning, after walking up a stiff road sharing the Gospel with people that we saw, I was surrounded by hundreds of children that were dismissed from school. It was a divine appointment that God had prepared for us on the top of that hill. We shared the Gospel and almost all of them accepted Jesus as their Savior.

I came to realize that when we are in Africa our presence counts. Many times all we need to do is sit by someone and be their companion for a short time. When we embrace someone, we are "God's hands and feet."

Thank you for your prayers. We appreciate you and your partnership in our ministry.

Be blessed,

Auzelio Santini

June 2010

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

Dear Mission Partner in Christ:

Your prayers made a difference in our Brazil mission trip - Thank You. I will be sending a report when I get back from Burundi.

Part of our team departed to Burundi in East/Central Africa last night for a church planting mission's trip with e3 Partners Ministries (www.e3partners.org) and to have our First Baptist Church Windermere (www.fbcwindermere.com) - Burundi Community Center Groundbreaking. Some of us are traveling today and another by the end of the week. Our Senior Pastor Chuck Carter is also joining us on this mission trip.

We have a team of eight people from America going on this church planting
trip, and we will be serving with 14 evangelical churches in the Karusi
Province to start new churches in this primitive area. This will be accomplished by going hut to hut to share our personal testimonies and the love of Jesus Christ with the people where they are. Following the sharing of our personal testimonies, we will use the EvangeCube (www.simplyshareJesus.com) to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those we talk to and we expect to see hundreds of people become new believers in Jesus Christ. The new believers will then be discipled in the newly planted churches so they can grow in their faith and have a place to worship together.

We request your prayers for our team while we go on this mission trip.
Burundi is currently in the middle of their election cycle for President and
other governmental offices and there are a lot of challenges that will be
present as a result. Please pray that God will provide safety for our team,
that He will keep us in good health during the entire duration of the trip,
and most of all, pray that Jesus Christ will be glorified!

Thank you for joining us on this mission trip through your prayer support.
May God bless you abundantly. We appreciate your prayers and we greatly
appreciate you!

Be blessed,

Auzelio Santini

Brazil Prayer Request

In a few days, my family and 4 other Americans will be going to Sao Jose dos Campos, Sao Paulo, Brazil for a mission trip. Our team will be traveling May 29 and return on June 6. I will be traveling a couple of days earlier and will return a couple days later to assure that all logistical preparation will be in place for the campaign in June, and when our campaign is over, I will visit our host churches in Santo Andre and Sao Paulo and fellowship with them, and encourage them as they get ready for our e3 mission trips in August.

Hebrews 12:1-2
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."

As leaders we have interchangeable roles; sometimes we are an encourager (great cloud) and sometimes we need encouragement (we are running the race).

Crossing Brazil with the Power of E3

Who We Are...

Windermere Ministries is a family of churches with a common purpose: to transform lives.

We feel the best process to do that is through our Purpose Statement:

Windermere Ministries exists to help people BELIEVE in God, BELONG to His family and to BECOME fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Believe - We actively seek to transform people by introducing them into a relationship with Jesus Christ. We are involved in Home and Foreign Mission projects to help others understand and put their faith into God.

Belong - We feel the best way for a person to feel a part of something is to join an Adult Bible Fellowship Group. All of our adult, student and children ministries have a small group component to them where individuals are known and cared for in dynamic relationships. Members are transformed from being spectators to participants.

Become - We guide individuals into deepening relationship with God by encouraging leadership roles in ministry. A person's relationship with the church is solidified as they participate and strengthen our ministries and are actively involved in the transformation of others.
